I am a women’s life coach dedicated to supporting women 45+ who are entering the empty nest stage and suddenly find themselves asking, “What now?” After years of caring, giving, organizing, and holding a family together, many women reach this moment feeling lost, disconnected from themselves, and unsure of what direction to take. My work is rooted in the belief that this transition is not an ending but a powerful beginning — a chance to rediscover identity, purpose, and joy in a new chapter of life.
