About Me

I'm Colleen, the founder of Sacred Healer™ and the creator of the Eco-Reprogramming™ Method—a nature-based, science-informed approach that helps people heal from burnout, chronic stress, trauma, and disconnection.

My work is rooted in both clinical expertise and deep lived experience. I’m a retired physician, certified eco-somatic coach, and ordained nondenominational minister. Over the years, I’ve seen where conventional approaches fall short—treating symptoms but missing the person. I built this method to go deeper.

Eco-Reprogramming™ combines evidence-based neuroscience, somatic regulation, trauma-informed care, and a return to the natural world as guide, mirror, and co-healer. Through personalized coaching, I help clients retrain their nervous systems, reconnect to their inner compass, and remember what it feels like to feel safe, clear, and alive in their own bodies.

This work is not about fixing you—it’s about restoring you. Most clients come to me when they’ve tried everything else. They’re exhausted, overwhelmed, stuck in loops they don’t understand. Many are highly sensitive, high-achieving, or quietly carrying old wounds that have shaped their lives. They sense there’s something more—and they’re right.

I don’t diagnose, prescribe, or offer medical care. What I offer is transformational coaching and spiritual support—an approach that honors the whole person.
