About Me

After 25 yrs. in higher ed administration and career advising, in 2024 I transitioned into coaching full time.

A strenuous commute, long hours and an environment that didn’t fit was tough. But I’d also lost connection with myself, and that was much harder. I had to pause, recover and find my way back to my center - my truth.

The transition wasn’t easy, quick or always clear. Big changes rarely are.

It can be so hard to hear your own voice above stress, noise and outside pressures.
There is freedom in being grounded in yourself and clear about your purpose. It’s not about a job title, role or alphabet soup after your name.

It’s how we show up. It’s WHO we are.

I am honored and truly enjoy coaching adults through change to recognize patterns holding them back and find their way to something new. If we know our “why”, it’s a gamechanger. Our choices become powerfully clear.

Life can be overwhelming. But we can meet it with clarity and purpose.

• Personal and/or professional growth: Recognize old patterns & limited beliefs, face fears, grow in relationships, manage work challenges, etc.
• Life transitions: Navigate a stage of life, big decision, divorce, first job, promotion, retirement, etc.

• Conduct a job search: Update resume, cover letter, LinkedIn profile; create a search strategy, prep for interviews, negotiate a job offer.
