About Me

It can be so hard to hear your own voice above stress, noise and outside pressures.

I spent 25 yrs. in higher ed administration and career coaching & advising. After hitting a wall of burnout followed by exploration and preparation, in 2024 I stepped fully into coaching.

It wasn’t easy, quick or always clear. Big changes rarely are.

Surviving a commute, long hours and an environment that didn’t fit was tough. But I’d also lost a connection to myself, and that was much harder. I had to pause, recover and find my way back to my center - my truth.

There is freedom in being grounded in yourself and clear about your purpose. It’s not about a job title, role or alphabet soup after your name.

It’s how we show up. It’s WHO we are.

I am honored and thoroughly enjoy coaching adults through change to recognize patterns holding them back and find their way to something new. If we know our “why”, it’s a gamechanger. Our choices become powerfully clear.

We find energy we didn’t know we had. We learn to trust our gut and bring our full selves into the world.

Life can be overwhelming. But we can meet it with a deep breath and clarity in how we want to show up to each moment.

Some ways we can work together:
• Personal and/or professional growth: Create real behavioral change (i.e., get out of your own way), grow in relationships, manage challenges at work, etc.
• Life transitions: Navigate a stage of life, big decision, divorce, first job, promotion, retirement, etc.
• Explore career choices: Look at values, strengths, interests, goals, what energizes you, when you feel most connected to WHO you really are, and explore options.
• Conduct a job search: Update resume, cover letter & LinkedIn profile, create a search strategy, prep for interviews, assess & negotiate a job offer.
