About Me

Constance Joy Harcar is passionate about helping you create space to restore joy in your daily life as a partner and life transition coach. She brings a unique perspective to her holistic coaching approach playing in the possibilities having lived in multiple cities as a former navy wife -- New Jersey, NYC, Chicago, the Pacific Northwest, New England and landed in Los Angeles, Connie offers a holistic life to her practice. Living in such diverse cities, offered her a varied career as a professional actress (film, TV + stage), marketing professional for arts organizations (The Joffrey Ballet of Chicago, South Coast Repertory, and Center Theatre Group) and for Fortune 500 companies such as Accenture, Andersen Consulting and JLL (Jones Lang and LaSalle). All the while, teaching yoga and leading meditation on the side. After working with a coach for over a year, Connie listened to herself and committed full-time to getting her coaching credential while offering movement and healing arts sessions such as yoga,  pranayama (breath) and silence (yin and meditation) to students, athletes, business professionals, and globally online with multiple fitness companies. Connie finds peace and joy writing cozy mysteries, hiking and living near the ocean -- paddling, sailing, sunbathing with a book and savoring a snack or two.
