After forty years as a celebrated hairdresser, I found myself seeking a new purpose. In the beauty industry, I worked from the outside in—helping people look their best. But I felt called to something deeper. Now, I work from the inside out—helping people connect with their inner truth, resilience, and potential.

Over the past four years, I’ve undergone my own personal and professional transformation. That journey led me to become a certified coach, trained by the CoActive Institute, with additional certifications in Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and Mindfulness from UCLA.

Today, I help people build conscious, powerful relationships with themselves. Whether you're navigating change, feeling stuck, or craving more clarity and self-trust, I offer a grounded, heart-centered space to explore, grow, and take intentional action.
