Dr. Stephens is IFS-Informed coach based in Washington DC. Using Internal Family Systems— a powerful practice that connects you deeply to your own innate healing and leading capacity— she brings the systemic perspective that informed years of her research with people and institutions to individual clients who want to work with their inner mental and emotional systems to operate from a sense of alignment in the important areas of their lives. She enjoys working with driven, busy minds who are looking to balance rest and success in work and relationships. She also has specialized knowledge in areas of transnational/bicultural families and the challenges and rewards of equity and inclusion/DEI work.
