This is my objective at the end of the coaching process.
Hi!
I am Cristian and I graduated the Faculty of Medicine.
For five years I was manager in pharma corporations (Schering-Plough/USA si Hoffmann La Roche/Switzerland).
But I found my passion in entrepreneurship.
During the years, I attended many courses, but the following seems to me to be the most special, having the chance to be in each of them among the first graduates in Romania :
- The Open University UK/ Managing Customer and Client Relations / 1993
- Empretec by UNCTAD / International Enterprise Development Programme / 2002
- John Maxwell Leadership USA/ Founding Partner JML Romania / 2012
Begining with the year 2013, I developed Cristian Nicolae Inspiration company : training, coaching and public speaking.
Because my passion is to interact with people. To learn new things and to share true stories. To help people to develop themselves. To inspire.
I am Founding Partner of John Maxwell Team Romania and certified trainer John Maxwell USA and also, I am a certified coach by Academy of Executive Coaching UK.
I worked with managers from corporations (Ford, Decathlon, Espack Eurologistica, Farmexim / Phoenix Group, Alison Hayes, SMC etc.), from Romanian big companies, leaders in their field and with young entrepreneurs from diverse fields (medical, IT, notary, architect etc).
Motivational, leadership and public speaking trainings, coaching, mastermind groups, conferences, workshops...I always tried to rise at the height of my customers' expectations: "Cristian, great training!
