About Me

In the first 20 years of my career in the High Tech industry and then as a business owner, I burned out so many times I could’ve powered a small city! After some serious soul searching (and various coping mechanisms attempted), I decided it was time for a REAL change.

I found my purpose, went back to school (which my intuition told me I would 10 years prior!), I found the right mentors and now I’m a certified Life and Mindset Coach on a mission to help women create a life they love, so they can show up every day as their most authentic, balanced and empowered badass self!
