About Me
People come to me when they are tired of circling the same thoughts and still not moving forward.
On the outside, things may look “fine.” On the inside, something feels stuck—unfulfilled, overwhelmed, uncertain, or quietly off-track. Many of my clients are capable, thoughtful people who know change is needed but feel frozen by overthinking, fear of getting it wrong, or the pressure to make the “right” decision.
My work focuses on helping you regain clarity, momentum, and trust in yourself.
This is not motivational coaching and it’s not surface-level positivity. I use evidence-based frameworks drawn from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), and neuroscience-informed coaching to help you understand why you’re stuck—and then build a clear, workable path forward.
Clients typically work with me around:
• Feeling unfulfilled or disconnected from their own life
• Major life or career decisions that feel overwhelming or paralyzing
• Chronic overthinking, self-doubt, and second-guessing
• Stress, frustration, or emotional reactivity that’s starting to affect relationships or work
• Rebuilding confidence and direction after a setback or transition
Our sessions are practical, structured, and deeply personalized. We slow things down enough to separate fear from truth, identify what actually matters to you, and translate insight into action you can sustain—not just start.
If you’re looking for someone to hype you up, I’m probably not the right fit.
If you’re looking for clarity, grounded accountability, and a partner who will help you move forward with intention and integrity, we may work very well together.
If what you’re reading resonates, I invite you to reach out. Sometimes the first step isn’t making a big change—it’s finally having the right conversation.
