About Me

What I love about coaching is helping people to really understand that they CAN have what they want. I stress the importance of starting with the 'YOU' work because you can only change yourself. Over time it became clear that emotional wellness and interpersonal relationships (family, romantic partner, friends, co-workers) impact almost all facets of our lives and the best way to be a steward of a sound relationship is to know and understand the person you bring to it, yourself.

I received certifications in executive coaching (George Mason University) and wellness coaching (Dr. Sears Wellness Institute) and completed relationship coach training through Relationship Coach Institute. Although my coaching training includes classic and advanced in behavioral change (Transtheoretical Model), I have a lot of tools in my bag and whether it’s storytelling, journaling, assessments, role play, or a myriad of other tools, we will work with what best engages the client.
