About Me

I work with women who have done a great deal of thinking, learning, and supporting other leaders, yet still feel invisible as leaders themselves. They find themselves repeating patterns that no longer fit the life they want. As a result of working with me, clients become aware of those patterns, recognize what is actually driving their choices, separate old stories from present truth, and rebuild trust in their own voice.

My approach is warm, direct, reflective, and practical. I do not believe people need to be “fixed.” I believe many women learned to survive by adapting to other people’s needs, expectations, or behavior. Over time, those adaptations can become identities, habits, and ways of choosing that are no longer conscious. Clients identify those patterns, understand what they were protecting, and develop a more centered response to speaking, choosing, and leading.

My work draws from years of professional education, hands-on experience, and continued study across coaching, trauma-informed practice, communication, hypnosis, positive psychology, nervous system education, therapeutic bodywork, and personal development. This background gives me a whole-person perspective and informs work centered on increasing awareness, strengthening self-trust, making intentional choices, and taking meaningful action.

I created the Choice framework for women who are ready to stop living from an outdated story, role, fear, or need for approval.
