Hi, my name is Damian, Thanks for checking out my profile, Firstly I would like to point out that I am a qualified and accredited Master Executive Coaching and Mentoring practitioner. You might believe that being qualified is a given for someone who says that they are a coach, unfortunately this is not the case and many do not gain the education and recognised levels of skill required to give the customer the service they believe they are buying. Please, be assured that I am fully qualified to help you to attain your business and personal goals. I thought I would share a few things about me to help you with your decision on whether we would work well together. My personal coaching philosophy is one where I help individuals like yourself to explore what is holding them back and to help you to step into your negative capability. I have worked in government, in business and education for the last 14 years, examples of companies I have worked for include, Google, Microsoft, Facebook and Apple, within these companies I helped galvanize teams around understanding how we could use technology to help people with disabilities. Within my government rolls I have helped develop legislation around social care policy and websites to help the social care landscape reach out to its customers. I run two successful companies, one is Executive Coaching 365 and the other is Holiday Hoist Hire Limited, I also enjoy investing in disruptive technology companies like Q Doctor which is now being used by the NHS. in all the companies that I've developed, whether they belong to me or someone else I always aim to add more value and allow them to be more agile.
