About Me

I work with leaders, founders, and ambitious professionals when they’ve reached a point where they are trying to move something meaningful forward but the path ahead isn’t completely clear. I'll help you think things through, surface key insights, and identify the next steps that will create real momentum.

My approach grew out of an early realization: even the right solution doesn’t help if the person responsible for acting on it doesn’t truly own it. I've repurposed my problem-solving instincts into a coaching style that creates the kind of environment where growth-minded people can bring their best thinking forward.

I'm the co-author of Professional Coaching for Agilists (Addison-Wesley) and have coached hundreds of leaders and professionals at organizations including Capital One, Oanda, Ford, Perforce, and Fidelity. As a coach of coaches at Eliassen, I led the coaching delivery practice as it expanded to hundreds of coaches working with clients across industries.

I'm an International Coaching Federation Associate Certified Coach, an International Coach Academy Certified Professional Coach, and an ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Coaching. I frequently presents at professional communities and conferences worldwide.
