Dan Fleetwood is driven by his passion to assist others in making a difference in their business and community. As a Certified Focal Point Business and Executive Coach and entrepreneur, he specializes in working with technical service businesses to bring their goals and priorities into focus and drive operational efficiencies. Dan’s success stems from his passion for solving puzzles; his vision and curiosity empower him to show business leaders the complete picture of what their successful business operations can be.

Before becoming a coach, Dan gained experience in both the corporate culture of a Fortune 50 company and smaller family-owned businesses. He blends those experiences in service execution, process improvement, and operational structure to provide invaluable insights in his current role as a coach.

By working with his clients, Dan helps bring their goals into focus, uncover operational efficiencies, and identify transformative strategies that drive growth and profitability. His approach is grounded in data and is holistic, covering vital aspects of an organization's functions and value delivery.

Outside of coaching, Dan enjoys aerial photography, a hobby that allows him to view the world from unique and fascinating perspectives—much like how he helps clients see their business from new angles to find hidden opportunities. He also enjoys spending time with his family, keeping up with the seemingly infinite energy of children.

He holds a Master of Business Administration from the Broad College of Business at Michigan State University and graduated from Grand Valley State University with certificates in Leadership and Applied Data Analytics.
