Coaching is my passion and now my full time focus after a successful 30-year career at an innovative, people-focused and growth-oriented company where I helped shape the culture through strategic communication, employee engagement and people leadership. In my coaching practice, I’m able to leverage my career expertise if that fits with a client’s needs.
