About Me

I’ve worked with numerous clients who found themselves in big life transitions and knew they wanted more, but didn’t know how to get clarity. I have seen the positive impact that coaching can have to help people identify what they want and to confidently start taking the steps to make it happen!
Coaching is my passion and now my full time focus after a successful 30-year career at an innovative, people-focused and growth-oriented company where I helped shape the culture through strategic communication, employee engagement and people leadership. In my coaching practice, I’m able to leverage my career expertise in communication strategy if that fits with a client’s needs. I’ve collaborated with Executive leaders, individuals and organizations to discover what’s possible, and I'd love to work with YOU!
