About Me

Hello Dear Soul and welcome to coaching,
Transformation is difficult on our own. In 2017 I experienced my own life-changing transformation with the help of a coach. This experience inspired me to want to pay the gift of health forward and help others in the same way. Initially, I became a certified Health and Wellness coach, then expanded into Life coaching and Spiritual coaching for a more holistic approach to healing. There is no greater calling than to empower others to become all they were created to be in mind, body and spirit.
My practice brings years of life experience of living with a chronic illness, masters level educational experience and real world experience as a clergy person and medical professional. This uniquely qualifies me to journey alongside of other middle-aged plus women experiencing life, spiritual and health issues. Even though life can be difficult at times, we are not called to journey alone. I'm here to help. Let's get started on becoming all you were created to be.
