About me:
I’m a strategy and execution coach with a background in process improvement, project management, systems thinking, and leadership development. I’ve spent my career helping people connect the dots between vision and action—first in organizations, and now with individuals ready to redefine what success means to them. Recently, I’ve had a few resets, so I’m no stranger to starting over. I’m currently living in Yokohama and enjoy active outdoor activities (hiking, cross country skiing, paddle sports, snorkeling), traveling, learning Japanese, and getting to know more about life in Japan.
