About Me

Most of my clients are mid-career to senior professionals leading teams, departments, or organizations inside secular systems: corporate, nonprofit, government, professional services, etc. They hold deep biblical convictions and they're tired of being told those convictions don't belong in the workplace. They know better, but need a framework for translating what they believe into how they lead, without watering it down.

That's exactly what I built. My framework is a biblically grounded model for rethinking how organizations are structured, led, and moved forward. It gives Christian leaders a way to operate with theological integrity inside environments that weren't designed for it, replacing dysfunction with systems that actually serve the people inside them.

I hold a BS in Business Administration, an MBA, and I'm completing a PhD in Organizational Management with a focus on Leadership. Before building my practice, I spent years inside broken systems across Fortune 500 corporations, consulting firms, government contracting, and nonprofits. I've seen what happens when leaders abandon their convictions to fit the culture. I coach people to do the opposite.

My style is direct, research-informed, and rooted in Scripture. I don't sugarcoat what isn't working. I help leaders see what's actually breaking beneath the surface and build something worth being part of, with their faith intact.
