My career began in accounting and finance, where I quickly discovered that while I excelled at numbers, my true passion was in people. I transitioned into management roles, leading and mentoring teams across industries including boat building, communications, medical office management, retail, e-commerce, entertainment production, and real estate. For over 30 years, I’ve thrived on helping people grow, guiding businesses toward profitability, and leading with vision and integrity.

To elevate my ability to mentor and train, I became a Certified Professional Coach through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), the number one program in the world as ranked by the International Coaching Federation. This training equipped me with the tools to help leaders, entrepreneurs, and sales professionals overcome barriers and achieve their highest potential.

Today, I specialize in coaching business owners, entrepreneurs, and sales team leaders seeking growth, clarity, and resilience. My clients come to me for more than strategies — they come for partnership. I serve as a confidant: someone leaders can trust completely with their goals, fears, and challenges.
