I work with people who want healthier relationships, greater self-trust, or support navigating life's transitions. My approach is honest, supportive, and non-judgmental. I won't tell you what decisions to make or hand you a script to follow. Instead, I'll ask thoughtful questions and offer objective feedback - because real change comes from understanding yourself more deeply, not from someone else telling you what to do.
