About Me
At one point in my life, I felt like was walking through a minefield. Various challenges and changes resulted in unyielding certainty. As a result, I made a lot of terrible decisions, but the things that could have broken me actually opened my eyes to the greatness inside of me. I want to partner with you so you can make it through too!
I envision a world where people are fully present with themselves and others. In this world, love, joy, and peace characterize the experiences of all people. I help these people create, nurture, and develop sustainable practices for how they engage themselves and others in their personal and professional lives. I cultivate awareness in my clients through evidence-based practices, intuition, and alignment within the coaching core competencies. I use this process to help my clients to see opportunities where they only see limitations and move from where they are in their life experience to where they want to be.
Professor Darius Frasure is a highly sought after educator, poet, mentor, and consultant. He holds degrees from Paul Quinn College, Luther Rice Seminary, National University, and Fielding Graduate University where he completed the Evidence Based Coaching Certificate program and is currently enrolled in the Ed.D Leadership For Change program. His work revolves around partnerships with literary arts and education organizations, which impact the state of Texas and the U.S. He is a member of the International Coach Federation and is actively involved in the North Texas Chapter. His poetry appears in many literary journals and select readings are on youtube. He has one spoken word album, Spoken Pieces (2010), and two collections of poetry: stained glass medusa (2015), and of stone and rope (2019).

Darius is an absolute pleasure to work with. He has a calming presence and a way of asking questions that helped me identify what my issue really was and helped hold space and guide me to finding my own solutions to work through what my best next moves were. I highly recommend working with Darius and am grateful to have been coached by him.

I had the opportunity to work with Darius as my coach. He has a calming presence and we were able to easily make a connection. During our time together, he helped me become clear on my goals, set priorities, and develop a plan that allowed me to move my business forward. With Darius as my coach, I was able to reach my goals faster than doing it on my own. I really enjoyed working with him and would strongly recommend him as a coach.

As coordinator for our ICF North Texas chapter's pro bono coaching effort this past summer, I found Darius Frazier an engaged, pro-active partner in making the initiative a success. He enthusiastically agreed to team with a more-experienced group coach in providing a group coaching experience for eight North Texas Food Bank directors. He and his partner - one of five pairs of group coaches - created and led sessions for their peer-level group. The group sessions complemented the one-on-one coaching offered to 35 NTFB leaders as part of our chapter's pro bono program. NTFB was blown away by the impact of coaching in assisting their leaders - from the C suite to front-line managers - to rise to the COVID-19 challenges the food bank was dealing with. I'm grateful for Mr. Frasure's adaptability and engagement, and his good relationship with his partner coach and with the chapter.

My work with Darius has been tremendously helpful! His approach allows for internal reflection and provides a pathway to becoming the best version of yourself. I have had several life changing epiphanies with Dariuss insights and practical approaches that help create healthy habits. If you are looking for coach that help you become more self aware, gain greater balance and develop new capabilities- Darius is the coach you are looking for! He is well informed and always coaches from a place of kindness and compassion. I am grateful for the investment of having Darius as my coach.
