About Me

I am a LCSW with an advanced degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, based in Lower Manhattan, meeting clients in person and virtually. Check my website for in home Concierge Services in my area. My specialties are:
*CHILD AND ADOLESCENT BEHAVIORAL HELP: I create a custom tailored action plan to address challenging oppositional and defiant behaviors in children and adolescents, opening the door to rewarding interactions and a brighter future for the family.
*PARENT TRAINING: I teach parents Behavior Modification strategies, that promote positive change. I also provide parents with these strategies, in the form of a parent training packet, that they can reference at home to help them implement strategies successfully.
*ANXIETY/SOCIAL SKILLS TRAINING: I help to reduce and/or eliminate anxiety, through a gradual, systematic, action-oriented approach. This helps clients feel more comfortable in social situations or any other anxiety inducing situations, increasing their self-esteem and self-confidence.
*ADHD: Focusing on practical approaches to improving time management and concentration, while limiting forgetful behaviors, my techniques, keep my clients lives organized and on a confident path to success.
*MARRIAGE/RELATIONSHIP COUNSELING: My evidence-based, practical tools and techniques teaches couples how to support one another and work together as partners, with an emphasis on better communicating by reminding them they are on the same team. Focusing on learning how to show appreciation and disappointment in a healthy way, clients learn to appreciate each other's qualities, leading to a stronger partnership.

As someone that had atypical life experiences in my youth, a stutter, ADHD, anxiety, I have compassionate, empathetic, unique insights, to help my clients overcome these obstacles, to lead a better life.
