WHO I AM: I've been coaching leaders for over 10 years and have over 15 years of leadership experience in almost every business environment (startup, small, non-profit, multi-national).
I've been a large scale network engineer, a global recruiting manager, a project manager, a systems analyst, and a full-time pastor. So I pull on a vast bank of experiences to help my clients succeed.
I got my Doctorate in Strategic Leadership with an emphasis on leadership coaching when I knew I was transitioning to coaching full-time. I chose this path because I wanted to give my clients more than cat poster motivational tips and really be able to help them solve problems.
I'm treat my clients as entire people with lives outside of work and I remind them that success is holistic. I help them balance competing demands and still take vacations.
⚡BOTTOM LINE: I help mere mortals become legendary leaders.
WHAT I DO: I help business leaders become more productive, influential, and effective, which often leads to promotions. Working with you and your team we create healthy cultures, increase engagement, and unlock high-performance (with the people you have now).
I create and conduct leadership courses that are at an MBA level and are grounded in real-world, practical application.
WHAT MAKES ME UNIQUE: I believe the coaching and development process should be fun. I believe you should be holistically successful. I want you to be successful at work and at home. I’ve been out of balance a few times in my career and I know the strain it puts on everything.
I believe my background with its eclectic mix of ministry, computer science, recruiting, and leadership is also unique.
HOW IT WORKS: We start working together. You get results. Simple. Here's a bit more detail:
1. We identify your most pressing concern, which might not be what you think it is.
2. We create an action plan to address it.
3. We work the plan and course correct until we get results.
See, simple, but not easy.
