About Me

Hi, I’m David Dahlén D'Cruz—a Life and Leadership Coach, podcast host, and founder of Life & Leadership Connected.

My coaching is rooted in the belief that true success flows from identity, not just ambition. I help purpose-driven emerging leaders (typically ages 20–35) find clarity of identity, align their lives with what matters most, and step into lasting impact. My clients often come to me in seasons of transition—feeling stuck, unclear, or stretched too thin by external expectations. Together, we create space to slow down, reflect deeply, and take courageous, values-based action.

My approach is structured yet personal. I guide each client through my Identity to Impact™ Framework, a 3-phase process that moves from discovering who you are, to aligning with your purpose, to taking meaningful, consistent action. Whether we’re exploring limiting beliefs, clarifying next steps, or redefining success, our work is always grounded in integrity, faith, and long-term growth.

In addition to coach training through Five Capitals and years of experience in education and leadership development, I bring a strong background in cross-cultural mentoring, emotional intelligence, and spiritual formation. I’m also the host of the Life & Leadership Connected Podcast, where I speak with leaders and coaches about identity, purpose, and living from the inside out.
