About Me

Coaching provides clients with a unique method to explore, challenge and act towards what really matters to them. Whats stopping you from achieving more from life? Do you have goals you want to achieve and would value a Coach to tailor his energy and time to encourage you to get what you want?

Don't settle for second best. My practice is geared towards enabling and empowering individuals to reach their unique and personal goals. To date, my Coaching practice extends across 14 years and covers a wide spectrum of topics: Time Management, Career, Disability and Academic Coaching. I have a significant network of resources to aid a new client on their journey to self discovery. Sessions typically range from 2-4 weeks, but are tailored to the specific requirements of clients. Mentoring is also accessed as part of the process. This is to encourage and support a client to move forward with their goals.
