About Me

Many clients hire me when they are in a transitional period in their life. When they have previously achieved success and are now looking to reach the next level. Life coaching is not therapy. Therapy fixes problems that people are dealing with. Life coaching supports healthy people. Therapy deals with the past; Life coaching deals with the present and the future. Life coaching is based upon the belief that you are whole, complete, resourceful, and creative. As your coach, I become your partner who provides you momentum to accomplish your goals.
