About Me

My work is devoted to wholehearted potency and connection.

Coaching is sacred, beautiful work. When people seek out coaching they are courageously facing what life and work is asking of them. They're claiming a desire to discover and align with their essential truth and creative power.

I have a deep love and respect for my clients, and I recognize the trust they place in me as I listen deeply for what lies just out of their view. I help them listen for their subtle and sneaky ways of sabotage, and ultimately, for what wants to emerge through them.

I commit to show up and cultivate a presence that invites full mind, body, and soul participation, and creates a space where deep wisdom, creativity, and vitality can surface.

Sessions are deeply experiential and practical--going beyond talk, awakening the senses and latent ways of knowing. A place of powerful possibility is created.

My facilitation practice extends these qualities to group practices and the amazing potential that is activated in intentional group settings--meetings, workshops, sprints, etc. This is great for leadership teams and cross-functional collaborative teams. I facilitate Conscious Leadership Circles, Men’s Wholeness Circles, and custom workshops.

Before coaching & facilitation emerged as a vocation for me, I was a teacher dedicated to experiential learning for 7 years and I held entrepreneurial roles in sustainable real estate and community development projects for 15 years.
