About Me

As an ADHD coach, my mission is to help adults with ADHD take control of their lives and reconnect with things that bring them joy.

After growing up in England, I moved to California in the 1990s. I have worked in Silicon Valley for more than two decades.

I am a FOCUSED certified ADHD coach, and a Certified Professional Life Coach. I have a Master’s Degree in Philosophy from Stanford University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford, where I concurrently served as Organ Scholar of University College.

I live in the San Francisco Bay Area with my wife and two children. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, music, and exploring the countryside.
