About Me

“You cannot change yesterday, but you can decide what you do today.”
I was born and raised in Italy, and my life has taken me around the world, including living in Japan, Australia, and now the United States. Experiencing different cultures, careers, challenges, and major life changes has shaped the way I understand people and personal growth.
Before becoming a coach, I spent many years working in fitness and personal training. I earned personal training certifications in Italy and Australia, with credentials also recognized in the United States. That experience taught me that lasting transformation is rarely only physical. Real change often starts with our mindset, habits, beliefs, and the way we respond to challenges.
My own life has included changing countries, careers, routines, goals, and ultimately changing myself. That journey is a big part of why coaching became so meaningful to me.
Today, I am an ICF-credentialed coach with training in Life Coaching, Mindset Coaching, and High Performance Coaching. My approach is practical, supportive, and action-oriented. I help clients understand what may be keeping them stuck, gain clarity, build confidence, develop stronger habits, and turn awareness into action.
I am not here to tell you how to live your life. I believe many of the answers already exist within you. My role is to ask the right questions, challenge limiting perspectives, provide accountability, and help you see possibilities that can be difficult to recognize on your own.
Whether you are facing a transition, struggling with motivation or confidence, or simply feel ready for more, we can work together to move forward with purpose.
