I’m a Board-Certified Integrative Medicine Practitioner, Clinical Health Coach, and mom of medically complex children. My mission is to support parents - especially those who feel dismissed, overwhelmed, or gaslit by the conventional medical system and guide them toward true, whole-person healing.

I combine personal experience with clinical insight to help you navigate complex symptoms, nervous system dysregulation, and the emotional toll that often accompanies chronic health challenges.
