About Me

My approach to coaching is eclectic in nature. I hold a Master's degree in counseling & human relations and a PhD in counseling psychology, so my framework for working with clients encompasses CBT and mindfulness-based strategies. I work exclusively with clients who are motivated to improve relationships as well as clients seeking to manage stress to improve their daily lives.

I live in a space of gratitude, and I incorporate it into my interactions with clients. I teach emotional regulation strategies. I guide clients through specific exercises to settle the nervous system and increase distress tolerance. Improving life circumstances begins from within. Are you up to the challenge?
