About Me
My coaching aim is to provide a safe and supportive environment for clients to express their feelings and struggles as they process personal loss and grief.
Life coaching is by definition future-focused and goal oriented. Coaching with its inherent positive psychology stance encourages change and personal growth.
My credentials include master’s degrees in Human Services: Life Coaching and Master Family Therapy. In addition, I am a Certified Professional Coach and also earned specific certification in Grief Coaching. I will be respectful, compassionate, straightforward in offering techniques to help you move toward your established goals.
