Bringing over 15 years of experience in social work and counseling, Dee offers diverse expertise in guiding individuals of all ages and backgrounds
toward positive outcomes. She holds an MA in Counseling, a BS in Psychology, and certifications in life and cognitive behavioral therapy coaching. She has a comprehensive skill set to empower and

I started working with Dee about 6 months ago (still going). I tried coaching after not a great time with counseling. I just talked. With Dee, she has given me strategies and activities that help me think differently about situations. She was able to get me to see things from a new perspective. This has had a good impact and I'm less anxious, worry less and I sleep better.
