About Me

Dee Han is a highly experienced executive coach. Having lived in China and the USA he brings to his coaching extensive intercultural coaching experience and business know-how. He works with Managing Directors, General Managers and high potential professionals at senior levels.

With more than 18 years as an entrepreneur and 4 years in the corporate environment, Dee has worked with employees and entrepreneurs in creating their business direction and working relationships on an international scale.

Dee’s main areas of expertise are intercultural diversity and leadership development. His own professional and personal experience gives him great credibility when working with manager’s at all corporate levels, and across business sectors.

Dee has worked with senior leaders from diverse business sectors, including, telecommunication, consumer goods, media, consulting and the IT sector. His client base spans Asian and international backgrounds.

Dee’s core belief is that skills can only get you so far, but good relationships and communication are the ideal components for success. Being Chinese, but brought up in a western culture, enables Dee to incorporate his understanding of both cultures into his coaching experience.

Dee studied in the U.S and then ventured into business areas such as: law enforcement, security, food and beverage, and vending services.

He is a Graduate of the International Coaching Academy for the Certified Professional Coaching program. He is accredited in the use of the following skill sets:
