About Me

We often go through life on autopilot. Meanwhile, a sense of frustration or unhappiness builds. I provide guidance, support and empowerment for women feeling unfulfilled and wanting clarity and focus in some aspect of their lives. The best way to describe my coaching philosophy is compassionate, congruent, and courageous. Using a collaborative approach, I'll help you overcome all of your stumbling blocks. First, we will identify your goals and then we will develop a detailed roadmap. We move at a pace determined by you.

My clients consistently say our work has allowed them to achieve a greater understanding of themselves and their relationships with their partners. My clients report a gain in clarity and a sense of confidence in making life decisions. Many of my clients have released negative core beliefs they have held for decades as a result of our coaching sessions.

My professional training includes a Master's degree in Counseling. I went on to complete over 3,000 hours counseling individuals, couples and families and attained a license in Marriage and Family Therapy. While my coaching services are entirely independent of my therapy services, you have the benefit of my advanced clinical training in choosing to work with me.
