Many of my clients are global professionals stepping into roles overseas or readjusting after 5, 10, or 20 years abroad. I work with senior executives, rising leaders, and entrepreneurs in transition who are ready to stop white‑knuckling their way through change and build an inner framework that actually matches the scope of their roles and use change as a springboard for personal growth.

Previously, coaching felt like problem, processing problem, solution. This work felt different- adding context to understand holistically where I am and what I am trying to achieve.
