My name is Desmond Dodd. My career spans nearly two decades leading global communications for the World Bank Group’s International Finance Corporation (IFC) across East Asia and Africa, international journalism, and building a commercial vineyard from scratch in Argentina. My coaching blends decades of international leadership with depth psychology, neuroscience, and practical strategy.
As an Executive Depth Coach, I do not offer surface-level business tips or hand-holding. Instead, I provide a structured, reflective process that maps your internal bottlenecks directly to your bottom-line metrics—such as strategy execution, team retention, and revenue growth.
But sustainable success requires looking beyond the balance sheet. I coach the whole person, recognizing that your leadership is inseparable from your life, and that your achievements inside the office are meaningless if you cannot step away to actually enjoy the life you’ve built outside of it.
