About Me

I take a playful and humorous approach to coaching that is rooted in curiosity and compassion. My time serving abroad with the Peace Corps bred a passion for exploring and respecting differing cultures and experiences and a desire to create a safe and accepting space where clients are free to show up as their pure and whole selves. As a woman who was diagnosed with ADHD in my late twenties, I also have an aptitude and passion for helping others navigate the added hurdles those who are neurodivergent face. As a certified life and leadership coach with specialized training in parts work and financial coaching, I partner with my clients to build self-awareness, uncover the root of their barriers and grow into a life aligned with the core of who they are.
