About Me

I have a strong technical background. I have done my engineering education from the premier and prestigious IIT (Indian Institute of Technology) Delhi, in Computer Science. I was a top ranker in the JEE examination for admission to the IITs.

I have worked for 16 years, in the software space, with corporates and startups. I have worked with with Microsoft, IBM, Flipkart, LinkedIn, Naukri.com (InfoEdge), Algorythma, etc.

I have gone through & understood the challenges of professional life, particularly, in the technical professions. Specially the impact on mental health (due to stress, anxiety, burnout, exhaustion, time pressure, issues, loss of interest, loss of passion, sadness, emptiness, etc.). And the impact on relationships and work-life balance.

Having worked hard and performed at peak levels, and lived a life pursuing outcomes & results, I understand the effect it has on the body, mind, & spirit. I have devised a framework & a set of tools & techniques, to help you heal, balance & grow in all the 7 dimensions of life, and to help rejuvenate & energise your holistic self.

I am here to offer you an understanding & patience filled listening, with empathy & without judgment. And i am here to offer you health and wellness, through natural methods, nature-aligned tools & techniques, and nature-cure systems & practices, that will refresh you and will make your heart more passionate & purposeful.

I focus on a spirit (or soul) first approach. I believe health and wellness flows from the spirit to the mind (& emotions), and then to the physical body. Hence I help solve the problems from inside out. From the spirit to the mind and then to body. And, from the core & the root, to the externals & the peripherals.

I use and suggest various forms of meditations and energy cleansing methods to do this. These are magical / miraculous.
