GROWTH - During the growth stage is when entrepreneurs face their demons! Entrepreneur burnout is a real thing and mental fitness and clear thinking is key to take on the challenges that you will encounter in your business.

TRANSITION - Being the son of an entrepreneur myself, I have dealt with the good, the bad and the ugly of the transition process. This can sometimes be a very painful process in an entrepreneur’s journey. But it doesn't need to be. Building the toolkit to manage this process is pivotal to longterm mental health.
