About Me
As an ICF-certified coach and former PwC consultant, I help professionals navigate workplace challenges so they can become confident leaders or successful business owners—with clear direction on their next steps.
I provide personalized coaching to clarify goals, overcome obstacles, and create actionable strategies for success.
My passion for coaching and guiding people toward success developed during my decade-long career as a professional services consultant at PwC. However, due to the demands of leading high-stakes projects, there was never enough time to truly engage in coaching team members.
This desire to guide people toward their own success led me to become a professional coach. I completed the iPEC Coaching Program and earned my Associate Certified Coach (ACC) accreditation from the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
My firsthand, extensive corporate experience, combined with my coaching training, allows me to relate to my clients deeply and offer more powerful conversations about achieving both professional and personal goals.

We started working with Diana ahead of my return to work from maternity leave. I needed support to reduce my anxiety around the return and the new reality of balancing work and family with 2 kids. Diana was brilliant in her approach- methodical, detail oriented and extremely empathetic. She really took time to understand my needs, to guide me to focus on my motivation and helped me rebuild my confidence. During the three months that we worked together Diana equipped me with tools I can tap into when I face a particular challenge. I feel empowered to lead my own path at work and navigate complexities with best results. Diana is also extremely professional, and absolute joy to work with. I miss our laughs and tears!
