About Me

I learned how to be my own best Change Agent through trial and error. Despite the efforts of a few excellent therapists, I needed basic help, not theories about my situation. After surviving a shocking assault in 2008, I needed to rebuild every aspect of my life (medical, financial, livelihood repercussions) which was a frightening and isolating process. Most of us do not know how to help others or ourselves deal with tragedy, loss ,really any sudden change.

I found a way; and now understand that we all need to find our own path out of despair. Yet, with the help of a trained, experience coach like myself, we can design and navigate your path together. Be your own best Change Agent; and allow me to help you turn this pain into opportunity.
