About Me

Working with high potential talents up to C-level executives, Dina is passionate about helping leaders address their most pressing challenges and enhance their effectiveness, while focusing on building the leader’s natural strength.

Dina has been mentoring and coaching professionals for her entire career, bringing out the best in people through trust, respect and compassion. With more than 18 years of experience leading training and development programs for organizations. She is passionate about enhancing the leadership, effectiveness and performance of Saudi female leaders.

A lifelong learner, Dina is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) by the International Coach Federation, and she's a certified Executive Coach and Team Coach from Marshall Goldsmith (#1 Leadership Coach in the world), In addition a certified Corporate Coach from ATD. She holds two bachelor’s degrees and a master’s degree all of which she received with high distinction. In addition, she completed an Executive Leadership diploma from INSEAD Business School. And received several certifications in consulting, strategy development, leadership development and performance management from GE, Harvard Business School and ATD.

Dina is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and the Association of Talent Development (ATD) also is an Affiliate of the Harvard Institute of Coaching. And a member of the American Management Association Women's Leadership Center.

Serving on several executive boards, and usually being the only female on the table, inspired Dina to help young Saudi women in the leadership roles in order to lean in, voice their opinion and become more effective leaders achieving their goals, and experience greater personal and professional success and satisfaction.
