It was a life changing phase in my life through my work with Dina. She opened my eyes to many things and gave me the tools to get in touch with my inner child and heal my core issues. This made me see life and people with a whole new perspective thats definitely changed my whole attitude in my daily life. She really gave me major support when I needed it most and made me love myself in a way I never imagined I can reach :)

Supportive approach: the approach has consistently demonstrated a supportive and empathetic approach, creating a safe and non-judgmental space for me to express my thoughts and feelings. This has allowed me to open up, explore deeper issues, and work towards resolving them effectively. Overall, the sessions has played a crucial role in guiding and supporting me on my personal journey.

Dina literally transformed my life! I thought everything looked fine in my life outside. But inside I was in chaos, always in stress. I was always under pressure and not knowing why or what is it happening. My conversations with Dina immediately identified the reason of everything happening for so many years. She helped me understand what I was unaware of and resolve my issues. I am living a good life now. I truly wish I did this earlier and not waited this long. Thank you Dina:).

Dina is a warm and caring individual that had great presence and showed compassion and interest while she was working with me.  As a coach, Dina was very inquisitive and prompted thought provoking questions, but provided ample space for me to come to my own realizations and had a very non-judgemental demeanour.

In her coaching sessions, Dina comes across as a genuinely compassionate and caring person. She has a calm and confident manner about her, which is very reassuring to clients who interact with her during the coaching conversations, by making them feel secure and heard. Throughout the series of coaching sessions, Dina asks very powerful questions to enable her clients to progessively discard mental blocks which are preventing their self-discovery and personal growth. Along this coaching journey, Dina helps her clients to identify the obstacles holding them back, and then come up with strategies for overcoming each obstacle. Dina personally believes there is a real purpose to life and through coaching others, she is able to make a difference in their lives by helping them to overcome problems. As a coach, Dina does not offer advice or solutions. She firmly believes that her clients have the answers within them. She views her coaching as a partnership with clients to help them to have clarity in identifying their goals; define a vision for success; and create an action plan to make that happen. I have indeed been fortunate to have had Dina as my coach.
