About Me

Hi, I’m a credentialed coach (ICF-ACC) who helps thoughtful professionals reconnect with what matters most—especially during times of change, growth, or uncertainty. My coaching is rooted in presence, deep listening, and the belief that you already have the answers—you just need the space and support to uncover them.

My coaching is built around two pillars: awareness and accountability. I help you uncover patterns, challenge assumptions, and gain clarity about what you truly want. Then, we work together to create small, aligned steps that move you forward—with purpose and confidence.

Before becoming a coach, I worked in accounting, audit, and finance—across corporate, nonprofit, and professional services environments. I understand the pressure to perform, the weight of unspoken expectations, and the desire to grow without burning out. I’ve coached professionals at all stages of their careers, especially early- and mid-career clients facing transitions, growth challenges, or a sense of "there has to be more."
