About Me

Mr. Borzomati is a seasoned, accomplished, mission focused Executive with in excess of 40 years of diverse and proven capabilities in finance, planning, product development, marketing and project specific management expertise. His professional background includes a unique blend of skills and experiences, acquired over a diverse and successful career that ranged from the traditional to the entrepreneurial. In 1968 Mr. Borzomati assumed responsibility for the design, development and implementation of Merrill Lynch & Co’s operating and capital budgeting program, including the development of reporting / measurement reviews and ongoing performance evaluations for Senior Management and the Executive Committee. In 1977 he joined Smith Barney & Co., as Vice President, Assistant to the President, where his responsibilities included overview of strategic plans, product profitability and merger & acquisitions. In 1979 he founded Holiday Airlines Inc., a New Jersey based Regional Airline. As President and COO of Holiday Airlines Mr. Borzomati was responsible for route and strategic planning, equipment acquisitions, daily operations, as well as airport and FAA regulatory compliance. In 1989 Holiday Airlines was recognized by The Business Journal of New Jersey as one of New Jersey’s Top 50 Fastest Growing Private Companies. In 1993 Mr. Borzomati founded DWB & Associates a consulting firm specializing in reengineering of process and procedure, change, productivity, sales / marketing, product development, cycle time reduction, Business / Strategic planning and special projects for small to mid sized companies. Mr. Borzomati holds a BS in Accounting from LIU and an MBA in Finance. He has experience in Financial Services, Insurance, Retail, Manufacturing, Construction, Airlines / Aviation, Brokerage, Real Estate, Restaurants, Architectural Services, Small Animal Veterinary Hospitals, Legal and Professional Corporations.
