Life Coach, Health and Fitness Coach
Change is a natural part of our lives as we evolve and grow—careers; relationships with friends, partners & family; where we call home; hair styles; interests—yet the uncertainty that comes with change can knock us off balance. This can be especially true when the change is unexpected or unwelcome as in job loss, a break-up, loss of a loved one, health, or aging related.
When it's something you want, like understanding your reactions; finding a sense of purpose or connection; getting fit; better eating habits or relationships; but your efforts aren’t getting you there you can find yourself despairing, or losing motivation and inspiration.
So how do you get back to your center and handle, or create, change? There’s irony here because, in order to handle or create change, you need to change how you approach your thought and behavior patterns.
That’s what my coaching is about, we'll take a holistic look at your life and thoughts, what’s working for you and what’s holding you back. We’ll identify how you get in your own way and develop new strategies to replace old habits and behavior patterns so that you can recapture the sense of meaning, purpose, vitality, or connection that you've lost contact with.
I’ve made big changes around weight, career and emotional well-being, and I love to share the process. The discovery that happens as you get to know yourself better, and then use that self-knowledge to move forward, is powerful. I am your partner, your cheerleader, your mirror, in a process designed to open you up to the possibilities of your life.
If you have unattained goals, I'll help you get your life back on track and off auto-pilot.
I am ICF credentialed, I work with millennials as well as empty nesters

Donna was my life coach and I could not have made it through a major career change without her. I was stuck in a job I hated wearing golden handcuffs and paying college tuition bills with no end in sight. I had an inkling of what I really wanted to do but no roadmap. Donna's intelligent insight helped me both create a roadmap and stay on course. I am forever grateful and finally love my jobAmy, Financial Advisor Morgan Stanley, New York
Working with Donna has been eye opening. I see myself more clearly along with how my actions determine my outcome. I find myself feeling more hopeful as well as more confident that I can make good choices, or at least be aware I am making choices, rather then just being a player in my play.Julie, UX Designer, Philadelphia
I don’t know where my life would be today if I had never met Donna. I started seeing her for my food issues; I could not commit to lose weight or work out.
We got to some underlying issues about my childhood, but when we got to my marriage I closed up. Donna’s coaching woke me up to take an honest look at my life and take action that supported my well-being. As a result of this work I lost 30 pounds.
Today I’m in a loving and committed relationship, and I’ve managed to keep the weight off. I have Donna to thank. She’s amazing!Jean, Realtor, Croton on Hudson, NY
Thank you so much, Donna for helping me understand my patterns and choices and learn new ways of eating and thinking about food. I am grateful for your kind, thoughtful feedback. Thank you for your unfailing confidence in my ability to navigate my life and for your gentle reminders to practice loving self care. Thank you for your wise, inspirational, sometimes funny followup “thoughts during your morning walks.” Thank you for helping me find CLARITY!Anonymous, Yoga Instructor, Southern California
Donna is a great coach! I know that I am a better person, and a better coach, because of her coaching me. She has the ability to ask questions that go deep, that really get to the crux of the matter.Janette, Life Coach, Australia
