About Me

I have been a professional coach now for 3 years. My heart is to encourage and support women who want to Rise Up to become who they are meant to be. I also want to help moms, married or single women who are dealing with change or transition in their lives or wanting to know direction for their own lives.

My Background:
I grew up in Ontario, Canada. I have been a missionary now for 8 years. I have had training in leadership, and basic counseling skills. I have travel and lived abroad in 3 different Continents- Africa, Australia and currently Asia.

I understand what it means to want to be effective and make an impact in the world. I understand what it means to deal with transition in life and have to constantly make adjustments to new and strange environments.

I am currently leading a Home-school Co-op of 45 families here in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
I have also had the privilege to coach woman who are in leadership or dealing with transition in their lives or just wanting help to get their lives more organized.

I am married and a mother to a 16 year old and 13 year old.

My hope is that I will be able to come beside you and support you and encourage you in your life journey. I have seen personally how woman can be held back from becoming who they are meant to be due to fear, intimidation, wrong thinking. I want to help you overcome those blocks and Rise UP to becoming who you were really Created to be.
