About Me

I am in a season in my life where I am in alignment with what I feel is to help others through the work important work of coaching. As a busy mom of two young men , wife to. an engineer my journey began as a Human Resources professional where I also attained my BA Hons Degree specialising in People Development, from there my passion for helping people role evolved into Performance Coaching for the business, Having been in the People development space for over nearly 30 years, I chose to train as a Life Coach.

I attained my Life Coach Training through the Robbins Madanes Core 100 Life Coaching Program . After being struck by a major illness snd subsequently recovering from said event, I began to specialise in becoming a Mindfulness & Resilience Practitioner.

I now also manage and support an online community of about 30 people who have been affected by Stroke and by support them with developing a Resilience & Recovery Mindset. This work empowers my clients to make the most of their 2nd chance a life by focussing on doing the holistic inner work of recovery. My clients tell me they feel a renewed sense of hope and optimism for the future. I am deeply committed to the work I do in supporting others along their healing journey.

My philosophy is that Recovery should be Holistic and rather than just focusing only on the physical.
