I had an enriching coaching call with Donna Marie-Foster. I really enjoyed my coaching session with Donna-Marie! During our session, she was extremely kind and patient with me. She was open, transparent and relatable which encouraged me to be honest. She was an active listener throughout and encouraged me to expand on every thought that I shared. I appreciated that Donna-Marie offered me a neutral perspective to every topic that I spoke about. In doing so, I have more self-awareness and an increased level of accountability in the situations that I discussed with her. Post our session, Donna-Marie followed up with words of encouragement and shared some suggested resources pertaining to the topics that I spoke about with her. She also kindly emailed me the notes that she took during our session and provided some additional suggested material that I could watch and read to learn more about several other related topics. In short, I look forward to having future sessions with Donna-Marie and would highly recommend her - in fact, I already have recommended her to people that I know!

This was my first experience having a life coaching session and I did not have much expectations of what i would receive during the duration of the sessions. Upon completing the first session, there was soo much i realised that i was procrastinating with in terms or not dealing with certain areas on my life. I loved the fact that Donna Marie had asked what approach shed want to coach me with, the options ranged from soft to a firm approach. Shes extremely gifted in life coaching and after the first session i already agreed that id be back to continue. Shes is worth the try, even on your first life coaching session!

I had a two hour discover call and was very impressed with how much was covered. I had completed around 20 questions prior to the call and we went through all of them and elaborated on my answers and Donna-Marie was able to gain a lot of insight on the type of person I am and why I end up thinking the way I do. Donna-Marie would then make it make sense why I end up thinking the way that I do and we managed to conclude going further what I need to work on and where I need to get to. Before my coaching session with Donna-Marie, I felt lost, alone, hopeless & fearful. Upon opening up Donna-Marie about my current emotional state and current situation, she was reassuring, empathetic and gentle in hearing me and giving me space to vent. I appreciate the level of accountability she held me to, as she did not let any negative un-serving statements enter the conversation without suggesting another more positive way to look at it, say it, and think about it & reminding me of the power of my words. She then began asking me some powerful questions which helped me to shift & reframe the limiting beliefs and words I had shared with her. Donna-Marie is very intuitive, soothing & evokes curiosity & self-reflection through her words. This gave me the much-needed clarity I needed & put me at ease, in a position of feeling empowered by these subtle yet huge changes in language & the re-framing of negative memories/beliefs going forward. We spoke of some mindset tools I can use in my everyday life and we explored a plan of action specific to my current situation and how to best address it. I left the conversation with some simple mindset tools, actionable steps, confidence, feeling purged & lighter, hopeful, encouraged, empowered, like a weight had been lifted off of me and that I was no longer alone. Donna was very intuitive and thorough with her coaching. She had great insight and she asked good questions to help me reflect. Donna-Marie is an incredible woman who helped me so much with an issue regarding my daughters school. Her school told me that I couldnt take my daughter out of school for one day to participate in a show jumping championship competition that she worked incredibly hard for and that it would go down as unauthorised absence. Donna-Marie gave me advice and wrote me an email with in-depth information and reasoning why my daughter should be authorised to have this time off last year, even though she had time off school through the pandemic. After receiving the email and letter the school was in no other position than to allow an authorised absence for her to compete in her competition. I feel that without Donna-Maries knowledge, time and effort my daughter wouldnt have been able to go. She spent a lot of time working hard to enable a good outcome. A lot of dedication and determination was put into helping us and we are forever greatful! I completely recommend Donna-Marie and would most certainly use her in the future! My experience was positive with Donna-marie. She supported me and my son. My son was in the process of an diagnosis with the local CAMHS , during this period the school had excluded my son to two different school, one of which was far from my home and he had to stay with his nan for two weeks. it didnt last that long him being there. He proceeded to sclae a six foot foot fence to ecape the school. The school set up a meeting with the governors of the school to decide my sons fate at that school. Donna-Marie was able to communicate with my son whom was 14 at the time and find the issues that were disturbing him and how he was feeling. This was so good for him to be comfortable enough to open up and speak so honestly, this was because he felt that Donna-Marie was listening to him and not judging him. She understood him and walked along side him and giving him positive encouragement. We had the governors meeting Donna-Marie challenged one of the governors when certain questions were asked, they had to back track on what they were saying about my son. we won at the meeting and my son was allowed to stay at that schhol. soon after my son was diagnosed with ADHD with high impulsivity. We would not of been able to get through this time if it was not for Donna-Marie help and guidance. I had collate all reports, E-Mails, TIER cards and reports, as this was all evidence how the school was discriminating against my son and his needs and not understanding him. Donna-Marie helped in knowing my legal rights and to speak with the school. Donna-Marie helped me in keeping my composure at the governors meeting. It would have been a different story for my son and me if Donna-Marie was not involved in our situation. I will and my son be forever grateful for all Donna-Marie professional support and since become a good friend.

Back when I was 18 I was experiencing some really severe anxiety and I had just completely lost my way. Donna came in and help me pick up the pieces and get my life back on track.
