About Me

My goal is to encourage, empower, and equip creative and talented teens and adults. I help them *beat* ADD/ADHD, create an action plan for success, and rock the next stage of their lives. Coaching sessions include the fun and healing element of therapeutic drumming and this can be done in-person or virtually! I know what it's like to feel stuck and have to reinvent yourself. A freak accident sent my life into a tailspin. It was drumming and Divine Intervention that helped me heal and get back on track. I wrote a book about it, which included tips for creatives that hit best-seller status on Amazon.

My approach is very holistic and individualized. I love to brainstorm solutions and I often see connections that others have missed. I have an MBA, over 20 yrs. of entrepreneurial and mentoring experience, and I've kept hundreds of kids off of stimulants.

I not only come up with an action plan but I also consider underlying issues that may be preventing a client from succeeding and creating a lack of focus. I offer therapeutic drumming to help with anxiety, focusing, stress relief, and healing and because...sometimes you just need to whack on a drum!
